- Drive sales by actively promoting new designs, promotions, and custom options to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue
- Manage daily kiosk operations, including inventory control, product displays, and cleanliness to ensure an inviting shopping environment
- Provide expert guidance on body art procedures, aftercare, and safety protocols to ensure positive customer experiences
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist in training new team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and kiosk procedures
- Maintain accurate sales records and report daily performance metrics to support continuous improvement
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably within a creative or artistic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse customers
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and close sales effectively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for body art or related creative fields is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
