About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Facilities Manager to oversee a dynamic, high performance corporate environment supporting a global consumer brand known for innovation, sport, culture, and experiential workplace design
This is not a traditional “office facilities” role.

You will be responsible for ensuring the workplace operates at the highest level of reliability, experience, and operational excellence - where every space reflects the standards of a world-class global brand.
What You'll Do
- Own day to day facilities operations across a large, multi floor headquarters environment
- Ensure seamless workplace experience delivery across soft services, vendors, and onsite partners
- Oversee building systems performance in partnership with engineering teams and service providers (HVAC, electrical, life safety, etc.)
- Manage workplace readiness, space utilization, and occupancy planning across dynamic teams
- Lead vendor strategy, performance management, and service level accountability
- Support capital projects, workplace reconfigurations, and office transformation initiatives
- Coordinate high visibility internal events, executive visits, and brand activations
- Partner cross functionally with workplace experience, HR, IT, and security teams
- Drive continuous improvement in workplace programs, employee experience, and operational workflows
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational spend with strong cost discipline
What We’re Looking For
- 7–15 years in Facilities, Workplace Operations, or Corporate Real Estate environments
- Experience in large scale, high energy corporate headquarters or campus environments
- Strong background in vendor management and service delivery optimization
- Comfortable operating in environments that are fastpaced consumer-facing in culture experience driven highly cross-functional
- Understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, fire life safety) with ability to coordinate technical partners
- Experience supporting capital projects, workplace builds, or space transformations
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive level exposure
- Proven ability to balance operational discipline with employee experience excellence
Nice to Have
- Experience in sports, lifestyle, apparel, or consumer brand environments
- Exposure to innovation hubs, product development spaces, or experiential workplaces
- Background in retail corporate hybrid organizations
- Experience supporting global or multi-site workplace programs
- Familiarity with workplace technology systems (CMMS, space management tools, service platforms)

Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
