Boden Talent is partnering with a leading facilities management provider to recruit a Director of Client Success.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced client success, account management, or facilities management professional looking to drive customer retention, operational excellence, and strategic growth across a portfolio of national accounts.
As the senior client-facing leader within the business, you'll be responsible for building long-term customer partnerships, leading a high-performing team, and acting as the bridge between clients, operations, and commercial teams. You'll play a key role in shaping customer strategy, improving service delivery, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
What You'll Be Doing
✔ Leading relationships with key enterprise and strategic clients
✔ Driving customer retention, satisfaction, and account growth
✔ Managing and developing a team of Client Success and Account Management professionals
✔ Partnering with Operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and performance
✔ Leading executive-level client reviews and strategic planning discussions
✔ Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across customer experience and service delivery
✔ Collaborating with Sales and Leadership teams to support business growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 8 years' experience in Facilities Management, Client Success, Account Management, Operations, or a similar customer-facing leadership role
- Proven experience managing large, multi-site or enterprise accounts
- Previous leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving retention and growth
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience within facilities management, property services, commercial real estate, or a related service-led industry preferred
