THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Powder Coat Painter who takes pride in their craftsmanship to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you'll be creating the flawless finishes that help our lighting products stand out in the marketplace.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply precise, high-quality powder coating to metal components
- Prepare surfaces through cleaning and preparation techniques
- Maintain an organized, clean work area and equipment
- Monitor and maintain powder coating supplies and inventory
- Perform quality checks to ensure exceptional standards
- Collaborate with assembly teams to meet production goals
- Other duties as production needs require
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality (more important than prior powder coating experience!)
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
- Basic math, reading, and reasoning abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a manufacturing environment
- Self-motivation with capability to work independently or collaboratively
- Physical stamina to stand throughout the workday
- Reliability and consistent attendance for 40-hour workweeks (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Focus and discipline to maintain productivity without phone distractions
