General Laborer - Powder Coating

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated General Laborer to support daily operations in our powder coating manufacturing facility. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing. The General Laborer will assist with material handling, part preparation, cleaning, and general shop support while following all safety and quality standards.

Duties

• Load, unload, and move parts and materials throughout the facility.
• Prepare parts for powder coating (hanging, masking, cleaning, and inspecting).
• Assist with packing, labeling, and staging finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• No prior manufacturing experience required (training provided)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
