Facility: Boca Circle Rehabilitation CenterPosition: ConciergeLocation: Boca Raton, FloridaShift: Full-Time | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PMSalary: $18.00–$20.00 per hourPosition SummaryBoca Circle Rehabilitation Center is seeking a warm, compassionate, and service-focused Concierge to elevate the experience of our residents and their families. As a key member of our team, you will ensure a smooth and welcoming transition into our community while providing exceptional hospitality and ongoing support throughout each resident’s stay.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Admissions to ensure resident rooms are fully prepared, including verifying equipment, oxygen, and bed availability.Confirm rooms are move-in ready (functional lights, call bells, TVs, cleared belongings, and completed terminal cleaning).Assemble and deliver welcome baskets with essential comfort items.Personally greet and escort new residents to their rooms, offering reassurance and a positive first impression.Provide attentive support to families, addressing concerns with empathy, professionalism, and urgency.Respond to resident call bells, assisting directly or notifying appropriate staff.Follow the established grievance process to resolve concerns promptly and effectively.Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.Attend trainings, meetings, and Resident Council sessions as required.Assist with facility tours and room changes, especially when Admissions is unavailable.Complete concierge follow-up forms within 48 hours of new admissions and prior to scheduled discharges.Submit daily progress reports to administration, noting trends, updates, or concerns.Coordinate with laundry to retrieve belongings for readmitted residents.Organize and distribute thoughtful discharge gift bags, including ordering and maintaining supply inventory.Schedule and oversee smoking sessions for designated residents.Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting required.Prior hospitality or concierge experience strongly preferred.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Warm, compassionate, proactive, and professional demeanor.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.Join Our TeamIf you are passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive, and meaningful experience for residents and their families, we encourage you to apply.
