Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves managing client interactions, scheduling appointments, handling sales inquiries, and collaborating with nurses and office staff to ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn about our wellness products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to all incoming calls.
- Document client interactions and orders in EMR software.
- Handle client bookings, scheduling, and follow-ups using EMR and other software.
- Provide high-quality customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
- Receive, process, and dispatch client orders.
- Assess situations and prioritize client needs efficiently.
- Coordinate scheduling to optimize workflow and team effectiveness.
- Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and drive conversions.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and recommend solutions.
- Highlight the benefits of products and services to address customer concerns.
- Provide reports and updates to upper management.
- Work closely with nurses and office staff to streamline operations.
- Proactively address issues and suggest solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of wellness products and services to provide expert guidance.
- Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data entry.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Dependability and reliability in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in phone communication, documentation, and data entry.
- Certification in Medical Administration is an advantage.
- Experience with medical software and Google Suite.
- Background in medical administrative work, medical terminology, or medical sales.
- Must be able to work on-site in our office at Delray Beach, Florida.
