- Diagnose homeowner comfort and system issues
- Present repair and replacement options clearly and confidently

Must Haves:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Selling Technician or Comfort Advisor
- Proven industry-leading KPIs (must be able to provide performance metrics)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Professional, self-motivated, and reliable
