Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator who is organized, personable, dependable, and motivated to learn every aspect of our business.
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that every customer has a positive experience from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. This role is designed for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, solving problems, and being part of a team.
The Customer Experience Coordinator will have the opportunity to learn and work across all of our major areas of operation — Parts, Service, and Rental. Over time, the ideal candidate will develop a strong understanding of our equipment, processes, and customers and become someone who can confidently step in and assist wherever needed.
This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, administrative responsibilities, parts support, rental coordination, and general shop assistance. The position may include both indoor and outdoor work throughout the year and requires someone who is comfortable staying active and adapting to changing priorities.

Primary Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly experience.
- Identify customer needs and determine the best way to assist them.
- Ensure customers receive accurate information and timely communication.
- Coordinate with Parts, Service, and Rental departments to meet customer needs.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure issues are resolved and expectations are met.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and requests with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a clean, organized customer-facing environment.
Parts
- Identify customer parts needs and search for parts using parts catalogs and other resources.
- Place customer and service department parts orders.
- Receive, organize, and stock incoming parts.
- Notify customers when their ordered parts arrive.
- Assist with inventory functions, stock orders, and annual inventory.
- Assist with parts returns, cores, warranties, and vendor credits.
- Help maintain an accurate and organized parts department.
- Provide backup support for parts department telephone coverage and daily operations.
Service
- Help coordinate customer equipment coming into and leaving the shop.
- Communicate service updates and information to customers.
- Power washing equipment
- Assist technicians and mechanics when needed.
- Help stage, move, load, and unload equipment.
- Assist with general shop tasks and keeping the service area organized.
- Learn the basics of our equipment and service processes to better assist customers.
Rental
- Assist customers with rental needs and help determine the appropriate equipment for their job.
- Coordinate rental equipment check-in and check-out.
- Help prepare and stage rental equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading rental equipment.
- Help ensure rental equipment is clean, organized, and ready for the next customer.
- Communicate rental information and requirements clearly to customers.
- Learn our rental fleet and become knowledgeable about the equipment we offer.
General Responsibilities
- Be willing to learn all areas of the business and assist wherever needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with power washing and preparing equipment.
- Perform general shop and facility tasks.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Stay productive during slower periods by identifying tasks that need to be completed.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through without constant supervision.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
