Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Gilroy, CA. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts in the equipment sales and service sector, with a focus on long-term relationships and repeat business. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their equipment needs, preparing quotes and proposals, coordinating with Service and Parts departments, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and inquiries. The Account Manager will track sales activities, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and collaborate with internal teams to support order fulfillment and after-sales service. This position also involves identifying new business opportunities in the landscaping, agriculture, construction, and logging industries, attending onsite meetings, and representing Bobcat Central in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Account management and customer relationship skills, including experience building trust, handling inquiries, and providing solutions tailored to client needs.
