Branch State Farm Insurance is looking to train the next high-quality team member for our expanding team. An Account Manager will work with customers to provide solutions for their auto, home, and life insurance needs. This is a great opportunity to start a career with a Fortune 50 insurance provider in State Farm. This is an in-office position, remote work is not available.

State Insurance License Requirement
Account associates will be required to pass a Michigan Property and Casualty Exam as well as, a Life and Health Exam. An account associate will be paid minimum wage for 1 week to study for the exam in office. Cost for the state exam and study materials are the responsibility of the employee. Average cost is $100- $300 for course material. Prospects will be given 3 attempts to pass the exam. If passed on the first attempt we will reimburse your expenses.
Training
· Account associates will complete paid training.
Base Compensation
- $30,000 base compensation
- First year Account Associates earn between $50,000 and $70,000 with commissions and bonus

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new opportunities
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Seek out and participate in networking events and opportunities
- Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
- Participate in continuing education and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends
- Review and verify client audits and maintain A/R and billing
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid state insurance licensing
- Proven track record of B2B sales success
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance industry products and offerings
- Strong computer and technology skills
Salary : $30,000 - $65,000
