Role Description The Store Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Orlando, FL, responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role manages daily floor operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to company policies and brand standards. The Store Director leads, coaches, and schedules the store team, sets clear performance expectations, and provides ongoing training in client service, styling, and sales techniques. In partnership with company leadership, this role drives sales results through client outreach, events, and in-store initiatives, while monitoring key performance indicators and implementing action plans. The Store Director also handles customer escalations, maintains a safe and welcoming environment, and ensures the store consistently delivers a personalized, relationship-focused shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Strong store management and leadership skills, including experience overseeing day-to-day operations, staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
- Solid background in retail commerce and sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and effectively using sales metrics.
- Excellent customer service abilities, with a focus on building long-term client relationships, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming in-store experience.
- Experience in training, coaching, and developing team members to improve product knowledge, styling skills, and service standards.
