What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Boba Tea Barista position at Boba tea?

Job Responsibilities:
- Cook boba according to policy
- Brew teas according to procedure supervisor or manager's request
- Greet customers and take drink orders in a professional & kindly manner
- Operate a POS system and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card
- Deliver excellent customer service to our customers
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, including equipment and appliances, floors, and counters
- Clean equipment, mop floor, taking out recycling and other sanitation duties
- Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs
- Ensure that all drinks are consistently prepared and served according to recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have availability to work weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must provide a valid social security number/legal documentation to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
