Position Overview
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our growing bubble tea shop. As a Bobarista, you will prepare and serve high-quality beverages, assist with food preparation, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and help create an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including bubble tea, specialty teas, and other menu items.
- Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, and processing fruits and other food items according to recipes and food safety standards.
- Follow recipes and preparation guidelines accurately to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Properly store, label, rotate, and monitor food and beverage inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep areas, storage areas, equipment, and workstations.
- Read and understand prep sheets, recipes, and production requirements.
- Assist with catering orders and special events by coordinating preparation and execution with management.
- Assist with hosting and coordinating birthday parties, group events, and in-store celebrations.
- Help prepare party packages, beverages, and food items for guests.
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Availability to work scheduled shifts during operating hours.
Preferred Experience
- 1 year of customer service or guest service experience.
- 1 year of food service, restaurant, café, or beverage preparation experience.
- Previous bubble tea, coffee shop, or quick-service restaurant experience is a plus.
