Looking for an exciting and fun new opportunity? Located right in front of Mt. SAC college, Boba Chew! Chew! is looking for new team players to join our crew as our store completes a full re-model and business starts ramping up.
JOB DESCRIPTION: BOBA BARISTA/Cashier
RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS (not limited to but including):
- Works with integrity and honesty while promoting an inclusive, positive culture with both team members and customers
- Provide consistently good quality teas, food items, and other drinks to our customers while ensuring accuracy
- Prepare food and beverages following our recipes and guides
- Able to work in a FAST-paced environment while keeping a calm attitude and positive customer service experience
- Adheres to all health and safety guidelines and regulations, following COVID-19 related protocols and strict Food-Handling standards
- Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean work-environment
- Follows Boba Chew! Chew! procedures and standards including those involving cash handling, safety, and security
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Positive attitude is KEY!! Must be Outgoing, Friendly, and Energetic
- Able to work a minimum of 12-18 hours per week
- Available to work weekdays and weekends during standard business hours
- Ability to work as a team and build relationships
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- At least 1 year of experience in the Food Services Industry REQUIRED
- Food Handler Certificate Required
