We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy in accounts receivable, and maintaining financial records in compliance with established standards. This role requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of financial concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile invoices to vendor statements.
- Invoicing AR
- Prepare statements for payment.
- Contact vendors for missing invoices or statements.
- Familiar with Karmark point of sale system on service side
- Additional projects as needed.
