Work Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor with a strong background in masonry and specialized chimney work. In this role, you will be based out of our office while overseeing and supporting our field crews, managing project scopes, and keeping operations running smoothly. If you have hands-on masonry experience and strong organizational and leadership skills, we’d love to have you join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Supervision: Lead, mentor, and supervise field technicians to ensure work meets high quality and safety standards.
• Scope & Estimating: Assist with defining project scope of work and accurately pricing job estimates for clients.
• Logistics & Procurement: Order required masonry/chimney parts, materials, and equipment to keep field crews fully prepared.
• Operations Management: Coordinate daily work schedules and project timelines directly from the main office.
• Client & Crew Support: Serve as the central point of contact between office management, field teams, and clients to resolve project or technical issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Hands-on Experience: Proven track record in masonry work, with direct experience in chimney repair, rebuilding, or maintenance.
• Supervisory Skills: Strong leadership ability with experience managing teams or field technicians.
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to read job details, estimate scopes of work, and identify required parts/materials accurately.
• Work Location & Schedule: Full-time role working directly on-site at our office location.
• Communication & Detail: Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Experience:

• Masonry: 2 years (Preferred)
