We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Body Technician to join our high-performing team. Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural and cosmetic repairs using MIG welding and other approved techniques
- Execute high-quality refinishing and paint work, including prep, masking, and color matching
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times
- Follow established SOPs to ensure repair efficiency and cycle time targets are met
- Collaborate with estimators and production staff to ensure accurate documentation and repair flow
- Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and a strong work ethic in daily tasks
- Stay current with OEM procedures and participate in ongoing training opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in auto body repair
- Proficient in welding (MIG required; I-CAR certification preferred)
- Skilled in automotive painting and refinishing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to work site cleanliness
- Proven ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the industry
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
