**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. As an Auto Body Technician , you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the repair and reassembly of vehicles. **Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify areas requiring repair or replacement.
- Be responsible for all aspects of the collision repair process
- Utilize hand tools, welding equipment, and specialized machinery to repair or replace damaged components.
- Restore vehicles to their original condition, including pre and post repair scans.
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete complex repairs.
- Communicating effectively with coworkers, ensuring customer satisfaction with the work performed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive repair techniques, tools, and technologies.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
**Qualifications:**
- 2 years of experience in an auto body shop/collision center is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and other general collision repair tools.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and replacement techniques.
- Experience with resistance spot welding and plug mig welding.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license.
- Certification in automotive repair, restoration, or a related field (e.g., ASE).
