Position Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational processes, reduce costs, and implement scalable solutions across the organization. This role manages projects and communication from identification through implementation, working closely with other departments, dealership leadership and staff, and external vendors. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, stay within approved budgets, align with organizational goals, and are executed with clarity and accountability.
Core Responsibilities

- Own and lead all assigned projects, maintain project timelines and communications with leadership and all impacted teams
- Define and track scope, timelines, deliverables, and measurable outcomes
- Identify all impacted teams, processes, and customers to support clear communication of changes
- Support vender selection through identifying company goals, completing the RFP process, and supporting demos, vender selection
- Coordinate system and process implementation, communication, training, and performance track of projects and systems within identified timelines
- Identify potential obstacles and proactively explore solutions to support smooth implementation and adoption of systems and processes within deadlines
- Complete cost benefit analysis and ROI analysis to support fiscally responsible projects and vender selection
- Maintain clear project status tracking and provide stakeholders and leadership with clear and accurate project updates
- Maintain supportive partnerships with sales, service, F&I, accounting, IT teams, and leadership
- Other duties as assigned by Senior Dealership Controller
- Uses personal device to provide an additional layer of security for company network and site access through multi-factor authentication.
Minimum Qualifications
The requirements listed below are the minimum degrees, certifications, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required of this position.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-7 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license without restrictions that affects your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s) and ability to maintain a clean driving record.

- Ability to maintain a good driving record
