Bob Mills Furniture Company is currently accepting applications for a Solutions Center Support Specialist in their Oklahoma City Corporate headquarters.
Our Solution Center Support Specialist interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. They also handle and resolve customers' complaints, work directly with the Director and Manager. Qualified candidates must have exceptional interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities. They must be able to diffuse conflict situations and reach a resolution of customer issues in a pleasant, helpful manner. Must have open availability and be able to work days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications:
- Computer inclined with standard office programs, and ability to learn internal programs quickly
- flexibility to cover varying schedules, including weekends.
- proficiency in manning multiple telephone lines simultaneously.
- Bi-lingual is preferred (Spanish)
- 1-2 years of similar experience is required working within a high column call center environment, team leadership is a plus
- We work with several platforms and we would love for you to be a quick learner who isn’t afraid of taking calls and assisting our clients with their needs, questions, concerns, etc.
- A high school diploma is required.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain and verify information for incoming orders.
- Enter orders into the database with accurate information.
- Maintain the call center database and update the contact log.
- Provide service by answering customer questions and offering assistance/ provide resolutions.
- Handle customer complaints under company guidance and seek assistance when needed
- Handle customers calling in to start a warranty claim, ask about deliveries, etc.
- Be able to work across 3 monitors, wear a headset and process tickets across a variety of platforms
- Handle calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Complete 2-3 weeks of training with one-on-one guidance
- Be comfortable working with in a small call center environment with a team of 10-15 people at any given time.
