Position Overview
The BDC Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and overseeing the Internet Sales/BDC team across the dealership group. This role plays a critical part in driving sales growth by managing inbound leads, optimizing processes, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all locations.
This is a highly accountable, performance-driven position that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and coach the BDC/Internet Sales team to ensure prompt, professional, and consistent responses to all customer inquiries
- Oversee daily operations of the BDC, including lead management, appointment setting, and follow-up processes
- Ensure all customer interactions and data are accurately tracked within CRM systems
- Develop and implement scripts, workflows, and best practices to drive consistency and performance across multiple locations
- Monitor team performance metrics, including response times, appointment set/show rates, and conversion rates
- Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and department leaders across all stores to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Utilize lead management, data mining, and marketing tools to maximize lead conversion and customer engagement
- Maintain a deep understanding of all dealership products, services, and promotions
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Previous BDC, Internet Sales, or automotive leadership experience required
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage operations across a multi-location dealership group
- Proficiency with CRM systems and lead management tools (or ability to quickly learn)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and drive results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
