Our customers are our top priority. We are looking for a dedicated TRAC Rental Associate to support our busy service department and ensure a smooth, professional rental experience for every customer. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer and make phone calls with potential customers to book rental reservations
- Open and close rental agreements accurately and efficiently
- Inspect vehicles for damage, cleanliness, fuel levels, and maintenance needs
- Ensure all vehicles are properly parked, secured, and accounted for on premises
- Coordinate with internal departments to confirm customer rental needs are met
- Adhere to all TRAC rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Provide outstanding customer service to all customers
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to safely operate vehicles
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screening
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to follow instructions and provide excellent service
- Strong communication, time management, and computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and bend frequently throughout the shift
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
