POSITION SUMMARY: The Performance Hall Manager assists the Theatre Department by managing and maintaining the student laboratory theatre.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Ticket distribution for Performance Hall productions
- Managing the house at performances of Performance Hall productions
- Scheduling and maintenance of student theatre space, classroom, backstage areas and shop
- Transportation of production related items for student productions
- Assistance as needed with student production elements such as sets, props, costumes, lighting, audio.
- Supervision of student theatre work in the Performance Hall areas
- Familiarity with theatre production practices
- Basic knowledge of shop tools including table saw, mitre saw, band saw and hand tools
- Basic computer skills. Facility with e-mail groups, calendars such as Microsoft Exchange
- Ability to collaborate with others in a theatre environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to frequently bend, handle/finger, reach outward, reach above shoulder, sit, stand, and walk
- Ability to frequently lift/carry up 20 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to frequently push/pull up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 100 lbs.
