POSITION SUMMARY: Support high school principal by leading a variety of student- and parent-facing administrative functions.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Results Area #1 Guide student support systems that are highly effective and integrally driven by BJA’s core values
- Lead Support Committee and handle related discipline/counseling opportunities with students and their parents
- Supervise the Student Experience Team and high school experience and activities
- Develop relationships with students and BJA families
- Communicates the religious beliefs of BJA to students and student affiliates
- Answers questions concerning faith, doctrine, and creed of BJA to constituents, students, or those inquiring about BJA
Key Results Area #2 Continually improve effectiveness of high school organizational operations
- Manage high school budgets and spending
- Manage high school facilities development in collaboration with other facility managers
- Manage high school calendar, including chapel planning
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent managerial skills
- Comfortable in a digital environment and able to learn new systems as needed
- Ability to plan and implement projects
