What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Consultant position at Bob Johnson Auto Group?
Bob Johnson Auto Group has immediate openings for hard working, motivated individuals to fill multiple positions at our Watertown location.
We provide industry leading training and support in an effort to build the best quality work force and provide a team-oriented work environment. If you have previously avoided auto sales because of the stereotypical high pressure sales approach but enjoy meeting and helping people, our negotiation-free sales approach may fit you very well. This is a full time position.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Customer delivery paperwork and keep up CSI
- Obtain all customer and vehicle information including payoff
- Greets customers in a friendly and timely fashion
- Obtain titles and lien releases from customers and miscellaneous banks
- Handles telephone inquiries regarding reservations and work in process
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Keeps work area clean and organized
- Other duties as requested by management

Qualifications:Ability to multitask and perform job duties without direct supervision
Valid New York State driver’s license
