· Process vehicle title paperwork accurately and efficiently
· Verify the completeness and accuracy of all documents related to vehicle sales and transfers
· Submit paperwork to the appropriate state agencies and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
· Communicate effectively with customers, lenders, and internal teams to resolve any title-related issues
· Maintain organized records and files to facilitate easy retrieval and reference
Requirements:
· Previous experience in automotive title work preferred
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office and title processing software
· Knowledge of state regulations related to vehicle titling and registration is a plus
