Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Occasional Overtime Available

We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in completing professional installations while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Complete residential and light commercial HVAC system installations according to company standards

Perform equipment changeouts, replacements, and new system installations

Install and modify ductwork including fabrication, repairs, and adjustments

Properly use HVAC tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing instruments

Complete startup procedures, system testing, and ensure equipment operates correctly

Perform system checks including airflow verification and basic balancing procedures

Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean, organized job sites

Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain installation details

Provide solutions and recommendations that support customer satisfaction

Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

What We're Looking For:

3 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience

Strong residential HVAC installation background with light commercial experience preferred

Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record

EPA Certification required

Knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation practices, and safety procedures

Experience with ductwork layout, fabrication, and installation

Understanding of low-voltage wiring and HVAC controls

Ability to read job requirements and complete installations accurately

Knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC codes

Professional communication skills and customer-focused attitude

Ability to provide personal hand tools and maintain equipment

Preferred Experience:

Experience installing communicating HVAC systems

Experience with inverter-driven equipment

Experience troubleshooting installation-related issues
