- Provide hands-on training and technical guidance to installation helpers to elevate team proficiency.
- Maintain a high standard of job site organization, ensuring tools and inventory are managed efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain system operations and ensure a seamless service experience.

Qualifications
