What You’ll Do
Guide customers through financing, leasing, and protection options with clear, confident presentations.
Build lender relationships, secure approvals, and structure deals that meet customer needs and lender requirements.
Drive strong F&I gross and product penetration through professional menu presentations.
Deliver accurate paperwork, timely funding, and clean deals to accounting.
Manage contracts in transit, lender stipulations, and chargebacks.
Work closely with the sales team to keep transactions moving and deliver a positive customer experience.
Follow dealership policies and applicable requirements while protecting confidential customer information.
We value strong production, satisfied customers, and deals done correctly.
What We’re Looking For
Previous Automotive F&I Experience Is Required.
A demonstrated record of strong production and clean funding.
Strong knowledge of lender programs, deal structure, contracts, and F&I products.
Excellent communication, closing, and customer-service skills.
The organization and attention to detail needed to succeed in a busy dealership.
A team mentality, accountability, and willingness to keep improving.
Honda, import, and high-volume dealership experience are a plus. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, RouteOne, or similar systems is preferred.
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required. Employment is subject to applicable pre-employment screening.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive, performance-based compensation. The pay plan and available benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
Schedule
Full-time. Availability for evenings, Saturdays, month-end, and other peak dealership periods is required.
