The Role:Client Engagement: Build and manage a portfolio of clients. Understand their hiring needs and act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and recruit top-tier candidates through strategic methods including cold calling, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure lasting success and repeat business.
