Boaz Discount Furniture is looking for a friendly, dependable and motivated Furniture Sales Associate to join our team.
This position will begin as a temporary position, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate based on performance, dependability and business needs.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Previous furniture or retail sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to consider someone with the right personality, work ethic and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome
- Assist customers in selecting furniture and mattresses that fit their needs
- Learn our products and confidently explain features, options and pricing
- Complete sales transactions and customer paperwork accurately
- Answer phones and assist customers with questions
- Follow up with customers when needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized and attractive showroom
- Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service

- Must be available to work Saturdays
Hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, five days per week, including Saturday.
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
