Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models
- Conduct engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical system repairs
- Use diagnostic scan tools and equipment to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues
- Complete thorough multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings clearly
- Maintain accurate repair orders and document all work performed
- Mentor and support junior technicians on the shop floor
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work bay
Requirements:
- 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience as a lead or A-level technician
- ASE certifications preferred (Master Technician status a plus)
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, scan equipment, and repair software
- Strong knowledge of engine, drivetrain, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Own a complete set of professional-grade tools
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
