Boatman Ricci, P.A. is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for our Fort Myers office. We handle commercial litigation — construction defect, real estate, and partnership disputes — on both the plaintiff and defense side, working in file-based teams rather than single-attorney assignments.
What you'll do:
- Manage a full caseload from intake through trial: drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses
- Coordinate deadlines, filings, and case strategy alongside attorneys and case managers
- Support trial preparation and, when needed, in-person trial support
What we're looking for:
- Prior litigation paralegal experience (civil litigation preferred; construction defect or commercial litigation a plus)
- Strong procedural knowledge and independent case management skills
- Comfortable with e-filing and legal case management software (we use Centerbase)
- Based in or able to commute to the Fort Myers area
