The Senior Recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract top-tier talent.

Position Description
The Senior Recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract top-tier talent.
This Position Will Be Responsible For
- Lead full lifecycle recruiting efforts for field and corporate vacancies
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify top talent
- Develop a strong talent pipeline through networking, market research, and proactive outreach
- Ability to contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes
- Identifying sourcing opportunities
- Preparing recruitment related metrics and reporting
- Ensuring appropriate record keeping, communications, and administrative activities related to recruitment activities
- 5 years in a full lifecycle recruiting role
- Highly professional with a strong customer service focus
- Proven skills in collaborating with managers to identify and select high-quality candidates
- Ability to multi-task by effectively prioritizing tasks, working both independently and within teams, and following through to ensure deliverables/deadlines are met.
- Ability to implement effective and innovative techniques for identifying new talent including internet searches, social media, talent campaigns, referrals, cold-calling and networking.
- Working knowledge of applicable HR laws/regulations
- Experience recruiting a variety of field and corporate roles in the energy industry
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s Degree
