Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Utilize various advertising platforms and channels to promote job openings
- Conduct research to identify potential candidates and build a talent pool
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
-Market the company through social media, email campaigns, website, social events, organization participation, etc.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and job boards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively evaluate candidate skills and qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously-
