Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to lead our team and contribute to the continued success of Boardwalk Hardwood Floors. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Implement and maintain effective merchandising strategies to enhance the showroom's visual appeal
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications:

Compensation:
- Total compensation range of $55,000 - $85,000
- Commissions based on performance
