Full-Time | Afternoon Shift | Overtime Available
$18.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring product quality, supporting production, and maintaining a safe work environment.
This position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. While your primary responsibilities are listed below, flexibility is key—you may occasionally assist with other plant operations as needed.
Shift Details
- Afternoon Shift (exact hours can be discussed during the interview)
- Overtime may be required based on production needs
What You’ll Do
- Perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections throughout the shift
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, pin gauges, spectrometers, and scales
- Conduct layered process audits, dock audits, and incoming inspections
- Identify defects, perform sorting/rework, and issue hold tags for nonconforming products
- Assist with training new employees on quality standards and procedures
- Support production needs, including overtime when required
- Maintain and promote a safe working environment
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or Technical Certification required
- 1–3 years of quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel; IQMS or Minitab is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to distinguish colors accurately
- Knowledge of quality systems and inspection processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Positive attitude with a sense of urgency
