The ideal candidate will have two to five years of experience in handling cases before state and/ or federal courts, with jury trial experience as a plus. This is a great opportunity for a qualified candidate with litigation experience and interpersonal skills to step into a thriving practice. This role is hybrid with the expectation of being in-office 3 days per week.

Primary Responsibilities And Duties
- Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate work.
- Draft pleadings and written discovery, brief and argue motions, conduct depositions, and appear in state and federal court before both judges and juries.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues.
- Communicate with clients to learn about their legal needs and concerns and advise them.
- Develop strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
- Build relationships with clients based on trust.
- Stay informed about current legislation, especially concerning legal specialties.
- Find ethical solutions to legal matters.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active and in good standing with the state bar association.
- 2 – 5 years of experience representing clients in litigation cases before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, with jury trial experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently or with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies.
- Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate verbally and in writing effectively.
- Adaptability and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other legal professionals and support staff.
