Server - Casual Dining at BW Golf

Description

Join our team at Boar's Head Resort and be part of a vibrant dining experience set right on our beautiful golf course. We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Server who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great service. In this role, you’ll connect with guests, create a welcoming atmosphere, and help make every dining experience memorable. • Follow and satisfy the Resort Service Standards
• Take orders, answer questions about menu items and deliver food and beverages.
• Acquire and practice exceptional menu/wine knowledge and up-selling techniques.
• Maintain Boar's Head Resort standards during service and at all times.
• Closely monitor guest dining experiences and report any issues to Restaurant Manager.
• Follow department opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards.
• Create guest checks and payments.
• Attend training sessions and complete training project tasks.
  
  

Qualified Applicants Will Meet The Following Requirements

• At least 1 year of serving experience.
• Bartending experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to efficiently manage tasks in high-volume environments
• Polite, friendly demeanor.
• Neat, clean appearance.
• Willing to follow rules for sanitary food service.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently to provide prompt, effective service.
• Ability to operate InfoGenesis to enter orders and prepare checks.
• At least 21 years old to prepare alcoholic beverages.
