Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Relationship Management to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Boston, MA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients by understanding their business needs and serving as a trusted advisor.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of client satisfaction.
- Partner with internal teams to align client needs with BNY solutions and support the development of customized offerings that advance client objectives.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships through upselling and cross-selling BNY products and services.
- Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and client reports that reinforce BNY’s value proposition and support long-term partnerships.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes to proactively address client needs and emerging opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 3–7 years of experience in relationship management or business development within financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
