Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support engineering and AI-focused hiring initiatives within a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to identify, source, and engage top engineering talent while supporting business groups focused on AI-first resources and emerging technology initiatives.
The position requires strong sourcing expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a process-driven environment. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Pittsburgh, PA, requiring 4 days onsite per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engineering & AI Talent Acquisition: Support hiring efforts for engineering and AI-focused positions, including sourcing and engaging technical talent across multiple channels.
- High-Volume Recruiting: Manage a large requisition workload, balancing multiple open roles and active sourcing pipelines simultaneously while maintaining strong candidate experience and process efficiency.
- Sourcing & Candidate Identification: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, internal talent pipelines, and other sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for technical roles.
- Candidate Screening & Coordination: Conduct resume reviews, initial outreach, and screening conversations to assess candidate alignment, interest, and availability. Coordinate interview scheduling and recruiting logistics across hiring teams and candidates.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities, required skill sets, and evolving business needs within engineering and AI-focused teams.
- Process & Compliance Management: Maintain accurate recruiting activity, pipeline tracking, and requisition updates within Oracle ATS and internal systems while ensuring adherence to recruiting workflows and compliance requirements.
- Operational Support & Training: Initially support interview coordination and recruiting operations while ramping up on internal recruiting tools, workflows, and Oracle ATS processes.
- 3-6 years of recruiting experience, preferably focused on engineering or technical hiring.
- Strong sourcing capabilities with hands-on experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience managing high-volume recruiting workloads with multiple concurrent requisitions and active candidate pipelines.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools; Oracle ATS experience is a plus.
- Ability to learn new technologies, recruiting processes, and systems quickly.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner across teams and hiring groups.
- Experience recruiting for AI, data, machine learning, or emerging technology talent.
- Experience screening technical or engineering candidates directly.
- Background supporting recruiting efforts within highly regulated or process-driven environments.
- Experience supporting permanent placements or full-cycle recruiting initiatives.
