We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Service to join our Wealth Management team. This role can be based in either Pittsburgh, PA or Philadelphia, PA.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Eligible employees also may receive other benefits (including various paid time off benefits, such as vacation and sick time), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Service to join our Wealth Management team. This role can be based in either Pittsburgh, PA or Philadelphia, PA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Work directly with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and guide them to the appropriate resources within BNY.
- Support clients by addressing operational and technical questions or issues, ensuring timely and accurate execution of requests.
- Apply problem-solving skills using precedence and experience to deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.
- Provide clients with information about BNYproducts and services across a limited number of lines of business and geographies, directing them to the right resources as needed.
- Monitor client inquiries and escalate non-routine or complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Track and document general client issues and needs to support business development efforts.
- Participate in internal initiatives aimed at improving the overall client experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams.
