Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to support enterprise hiring initiatives across Technology and business-facing teams. This role is responsible for partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to identify, attract, assess, and hire top talent for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong full-cycle recruiting experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage complex recruiting activity within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This position also plays a key role in sourcing strategy, internal mobility initiatives, and diversity recruiting efforts.
This is a hybrid opportunity based in Pittsburgh, PA, requiring 4 days onsite per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle including intake meetings, sourcing, candidate management, offer negotiation, and closing
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to support hiring strategies and workforce planning initiatives
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies using internet tools, networking, market research, and external partnerships
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct screening discussions, and guide hiring teams through selection processes
- Internal Mobility Support: Facilitate internal career movement and support career opportunity programs and employee redeployment efforts
- Diversity Recruiting: Support diversity-focused recruiting initiatives and inclusive hiring practices
- Recruiting Operations: Maintain recruiting activity, documentation, and communication across multiple active requisitions simultaneously
- 5 years of recruiting or related Human Resources experience
- Technology or Software Engineering recruiting experience
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes independently
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and HR stakeholders
- Knowledge of employment law and recruiting best practices
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise or financial services organizations
- Exposure to diversity recruiting initiatives and internal mobility programs
- Experience supporting Director-level or strategic hiring initiatives
