We are seeking a Senior Client Services Analyst to support Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and loan portfolios within a client-facing operations environment. This role focuses on end-to-end oversight of complex client accounts, including transaction management, reporting, and issue resolution, while serving as a key escalation point for both clients and internal teams.
This role is based in Pittsburgh, PA offering a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Client Services Analyst to support Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and loan portfolios within a client-facing operations environment. This role focuses on end-to-end oversight of complex client accounts, including transaction management, reporting, and issue resolution, while serving as a key escalation point for both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Portfolio Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of assigned CLOs and loan portfolios, ensuring high-quality client service and operational accuracy
- Transaction Management: Oversee cash and trade activity across loans, bonds, and structured products, ensuring timely execution and issue resolution
- Reporting & Review: Lead preparation and review of monthly and quarterly client reports, validating performance data and ensuring timely delivery
- Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, participating in meetings, documenting outcomes, and driving follow-ups to completion
- Escalation Management: Act as a senior escalation point for complex operational and client issues, ensuring resolution and risk mitigation
- Reconciliation & Analysis: Analyze portfolio data, perform reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies across cash, trades, and positions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with front office, relationship managers, accounting teams, and global stakeholders to support client deliverables
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, controls, and client experience
- Partner Oversight: Monitor and manage activities performed by internal and external service partners, escalating concerns as needed
- Mentorship & Leadership: Support training and development of junior team members, providing guidance on client-specific requirements and best practices
- 5 years of experience in financial services, client operations, or client-facing roles
- Strong experience with loan products, CLOs, or structured finance assets
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle complex portfolios
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data aggregation)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in Corporate Trust or similar roles within financial markets
- Knowledge of syndicated loans, bilateral loans, or real estate loan products
- Experience reviewing deal documentation and understanding risk/control frameworks
- Familiarity with managed accounts and transaction management processes
- Exposure to front-office stakeholders such as portfolio or relationship managers
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., internal agents, automation tools) to enhance workflows
