Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Eligible employees also may receive other benefits (including various paid time off benefits, such as vacation and sick time), dependent on the position offered. We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing Representative II - Total Wealth Services Ops to join our Wealth Operations – Mutual Funds team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Have the opportunity to serve as a lead for the day-to-day operations of a small- to medium-sized client processing support team, providing work direction and technical assistance on complex matters
- Act as the primary point of contact for our mutual fund clients and assist in communicating needs and issues internally with operating areas and externally with clients
- Participate in processing updates to client accounts and company records to ensure they are managed correctly and in a timely manner
- Identify, investigate, and resolve escalated and/or complex fund problems in client accounts or company records, working closely with technology and systems teams to ensure system efficiency and risk mitigation
- High school/secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 7 plus years of technical and management experience preferred
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
- Solid understanding and hands-on use of automation and AI tools
- Experience using Microsoft Office
