We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director to join our Instruction/trade capture team. The position is located in Lake Mary Florida ( 4 days in office expectation).
The Director, Instruction Capture is accountable for end‑to‑end delivery of Instruction Capture operations in the location while leading the automation and AI transformation agenda. This role owns operational performance, risk and controls, and drives the modernization of instruction intake and processing through scalable, AI‑enabled solutions.
The role requires a leader who can run complex BAU at scale and simultaneously simplify, automate, and modernize them using AI enabled solutions.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Key Responsibilities
Run the Business
- Own Instruction Capture BAU delivery for the location, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and control adherence.
- Accountable for operational risk, audit results, regulatory compliance, and SLA performance.
- Drive standardization, process simplification and sustainable fixes to reduce manual dependency and operational risks.
- Lead issue management, root‑cause analysis, and remediation of high‑severity incidents.
- Own and execute the automation and AI roadmap for Instruction Capture, aligned to enterprise AI and digital strategy.
- Identify and deliver high‑impact use cases to reduce manual processing
- Partner with Technology, AI, and Process Re‑Engineering teams to deploy scalable, reusable solutions—not point automations.
- Translate operational pain points into measurable outcomes (risk reduction, capacity release, quality improvement).
- Lead, develop, and retain a strong leadership bench; build future‑ready skills for AI‑enabled operations.
- Act as a senior site leader in Lake Mary, collaborating closely with global delivery locations.
- Communicate clearly with senior leadership on performance, risks, and transformation progress.
- Stable, high quality BAU with strong audit and control outcomes
- Material reduction in manual effort through automation and AI
- AI solutions embedded into the operating model, not pilots
- Strong leadership pipeline and employee engagement
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 17 years of experience in Financial Services Operations with deep expertise in Instruction / Trade capture
- Proven experience running largescale, control‑intensive operations
- Demonstrated success leading automation, AI, or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of risk, controls, and governance in regulated environments
- Experience leading global teams and influencing across functions
