Job Summary:
The Client Operations Analyst role supports the Non-Purpose Lending Department within BNY Pershing, working closely with internal operations teams and clients to process non-purpose loans, Fed Pledge requests, and collateral monitoring activities. This position plays a key role in day-to-day lending operations, client service, and process execution within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This is a 6-month contract role based in Lake Mary, FL, operating in a hybrid model with 4 days onsite per week. The role requires strong attention to detail, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to remain calm and organized under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lending Operations Support: Process Non-Purpose Loan requests, Fed Pledge activities, and collateral monitoring transactions in alignment with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Client & Internal Communication: Communicate with internal teams and, as proficiency increases, directly with clients via NetX 360, email, and phone to support loan-related inquiries and processes.
- System Processing: Work within LoanAdvance, NetX 360, and other supported systems to execute daily operational tasks and manage incoming work queues.
- Problem Solving & Escalation Handling: Identify issues, determine appropriate actions, and escalate items when necessary to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Operational Execution: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly processing activities while managing fluctuating volumes and competing priorities.
- Process Awareness & Accuracy: Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accountability when handling lending transactions and documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with onshore and offshore team members to support workload demands and ensure continuity of operations.
- Experience in operations, financial services, banking, or service delivery environments
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and lending concepts
- Reliable, accountable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for tracking, calculations, and document conversion
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with margin lending or Regulation T concepts
- Exposure to NetX 360, Nitro, or AI-enabled tools
- Process improvement mindset and emerging leadership instincts
