Job Summary
BNY is seeking a Client Operations Analyst supporting daily and monthly performance reporting for institutional clients, including foundations, pensions, and endowments. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely delivery of performance measurement results while collaborating with internal teams and external clients.
This position is a 12-month contract based in Pittsburgh, PA with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).

Job Summary
BNY is seeking a Client Operations Analyst supporting daily and monthly performance reporting for institutional clients, including foundations, pensions, and endowments. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely delivery of performance measurement results while collaborating with internal teams and external clients.
This position is a 12-month contract based in Pittsburgh, PA with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Reporting & Analysis: Support daily and monthly performance reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client-specific SLAs and quality standards.
- Client Deliverables Management: Own and maintain deliverable trackers to ensure completeness, timeliness, and audit readiness for all assigned client outputs.
- Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Review and validate financial and performance data, including rates of return and account activity, prior to client distribution.
- Client Support & Inquiry Resolution: Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues independently or escalating when necessary.
- End-to-End Processing: Manage full-cycle processing for assigned client accounts, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Documentation Management: Maintain organized, up-to-date client documentation and ensure accessibility for internal stakeholders and audit purposes.
- Process Improvement & Project Support: Contribute to ongoing initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and client experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and performance data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas and lookups, and pivot tables preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, or investment operations
- Exposure to performance reporting, asset management, or institutional client servicing
- Basic knowledge of investment products and asset classes
- Experience with SQL or data querying tools
