Job Summary:

This role supports middle-office loan and brokerage operations, providing critical client service, transaction processing, and analytical support. The position is based in Pittsburgh, PA, with an onsite expectation of 4 days per week, working 8:00am–5:00pm ET. The individual will handle high-volume transactional activity, review external notices, resolve discrepancies, and support timely issue resolution across internal teams. This is a hands-on role with structured training, shadowing, and a ramp-up period of approximately 2–3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Service & Transaction Support: Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of high-value transactions.
• Analysis & Reconciliation: Review notices and external documents, reconcile differences against internal systems, and resolve discrepancies through investigation and escalation as needed.
• Reporting & Process Improvement: Provide analytics and reporting services while contributing to the improvement and automation of transaction processing systems.
• Stakeholder Support & Delivery: Advise internal teams to ensure timely delivery of service, resolution of issues, and effective handling of escalations; manage a high-volume ticket environment (approximately 800–1,000 items).
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1–3 years of total work experience preferred (entry-level candidates considered)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including basic Excel
  
  

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in brokerage processing
• Prior loan operations experience within a financial services environment
• Familiarity with middle-office operational functions
