Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Fiduciary Specialist located in San Francisco, CA. The Sr. Fiduciary Specialist will be responsible for managing fiduciary accounts such as trusts, estates, and agencies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include developing and managing complex client relationships, providing expertise on fiduciary matters, collaborating with legal and tax professionals, and ensuring the seamless administration of client accounts. The role demands proactive engagement in identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes while maintaining the highest standard of fiduciary oversight.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in trust administration, estate planning, and fiduciary account management
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and legal matters related to wealth management
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to foster trust and collaboration with a diverse clientele
  • Experience in financial planning, asset management, and wealth preservation strategies
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
  • Commitment to providing client-centric services with integrity and professionalism
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, law, business, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., JD, CFP, CTFA) preferred
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in fiduciary services or related fields
